'Hello and thank you for visiting me here. Maybe you're in sudden crisis or have reached a point of wanting to understand yourself, and your behaviours, better? Or to lead a more easeful life? Or perhaps there's a specific difficulty you'd like assistance with?  I am a BACP qualified Integrative Counsellor experienced in working with adults, young people and children and would love to help if we're a good fit. I am additionally trained in delivering IFS therapy (Internal Family Systems) and offer private long or short-term IFS therapy or more traditional counselling sessions online, by phone or in-person (London SE23) to those aged 18+.  I am available to work in London schools with those younger and currently work in a special school which I love. I am also a budding artist, trained in using the arts in therapy so if this appeals we can incorporate this into our work.  Rest assured, if this sounds horrifying we don't need to go there at all.
